Terms and Conditions

Tours require a minimum of 6 riders to operate. In the unlikely event that a tour does not have 6 riders we will reschedule the tour. 

If you need to reschedule a tour, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice in order for us to attempt to fill the spots to meet the minimum for the tour. If you do not give 24 hours notice you will forfeit your tour without refund or reschedule.

We do ride rain or shine and have a roof and rain curtains. There will be no refunds for weather. In the event of extreme weather such as tornado warnings, we will reschedule your tour.

City ordinance prohibits open containers of alcoholic beverages outside of restaurants and sidewalk dining. Water or non-alcoholic beverages are allowed on the bike but please to do not bring any glass bottles.

Please behave as if your grandma is riding with us. We will be riding through town and there may be families present. The driver will ask any rider displaying obscene or unsafe behavior to leave the bike after one warning. There will be no refund or reschedule under these circumstances.
